Family Outreach Program Food Pantry
Located on Plainfield Road in Crest Hill, this food pantry serves those in need throughout Northern Illinois. Volunteers perform duties such as loading and unloading donations, organizing boxes of food for distribution, and general clean up work. The Family Outreach Program Food Pantry hands out more than 300 boxes of food every week, so there is plenty of work for volunteers.
White Oak Library District
The local library does so much more than offer a great selection of books to read! Crest Hill library offers many services that residents throughout the area rely on, and volunteers help keep those programs going. Sign up to volunteer to lead programs for residents with memory issues or become an English tutor for those learning the language.
